Marabu partner LSINC has just launched their PeriOne direct-to-object digital printer, the fastest single tunnel cylindrical printer in the industry. The PeriOne printer is groundbreaking in functionality and speed, representing the future of direct-to-object digital printing.
The machines will use Marabu’s industry leading Ultra®Jet DLE-A digital UV inks, which provide exceptional quality and industry-best durability, even at the highest print speeds.
Enhancing the PeriOne’s capabilities, Marabu introduces a pioneering jettable primer for the direct-to-object (DTO) printer market. This innovation eliminates the need for traditional flame treatments or wipe-on primers, streamlining the printing process. Compatible with various substrates, including glass, plastic, aluminum, and steel, it significantly improves ink adhesion and can withstand up to 100 dishwasher cycles. The primer, UV LED curable and pre-equipped in every machine, is digitally printed in-line with other inks, allowing for spot-specific application. This advancement not only optimizes the printing process but also marks a significant step in sustainable and efficient printing technology.
The PeriOne is LSINC’s entry level, single-spindle version of the PeriQ360 printer. This new addition to the LSINC product-lineup is ideal for full-color, light production printing, prototyping, and proofing to cylinders and tapered media. It can print directly onto a variety of substrates, including glass, plastic, ceramic, and coated metal, making it ideal for printing on wine bottles, glassware, cups, candles, cosmetics containers, specialty food jars, and more.
